BusinessView-BusinessActivities-Availabilities-Calendar

Description

This report displays statistics about business activities availability and incidents. Statistics are displayed by month and by day, in calendars. This report is generated using the default reporting time period of each business activity.

How to interpret this report

The first calendar displays availability of your business activities by month. Cells coloration is done using the SLA defined for each business activity in percentage (in “Extended Information” tab). If the SLAs are not defined in the BA configuration, values are displayed in cells if availability is inferior to 100% or unavailability > 0 secondes. The timeperiod considered is the “Default reporting period” selected for each business activity (in “Configuration tab”).

The second calendar displays unavailable time and incidents of your business activities by month. Cells coloration is done using the SLA defined for each business activity in minutes. If the SLAs are not defined in the BA configuration, values are displayed in cells if availability is inferior to 100% or unavailability > 0 secondes. The timeperiod considered is the “Default reporting period” selected for each business activity.
