Viewing reports

After executing a scheduled job, a new report is generated and then stored on the Centreon server. It is then possible to view or download this document from the following menu:

Reporting > Business Intelligence > Archives

The following table lists the reports that have been generated:

Description of the table:

Column	Description
Name	Name of the report
Period	Period in which data was selected to build the statistics
Date of generation	Date that the report was generated
Download	Link for downloading the file

A tree-structure view is used for browsing reports that have been generated: the view is sorted by scheduled job.

Report view

The scheduled job view or “Report models View” is for classifying reports by models and then by job.

Only report models and jobs that have already generated a report are visible in the tree-structure menu. If the user is under acces restriction, he can only see reports that he have been allowed to view.

Search filters

The following search filters are available to make it easier to find a report:

• “Period”: filter applied on the column “Period”

• “Date of generation”: filter applied on the column “Date of Generation” of the list

• “Frequency”: filter applied on the column “frequency” of the list

• “Search”: filter applied on the column “Name” of the list

Actions menu

The actions menu is for sending to trash the reports that are no longer needed.
