Known Bugs

Server

  • Sometimes synchronized children (services in host, hosts and services in groups) are duplicated by the server. If this occurs, delete all the children, and they will be recreated automatically as needed.

Desktop Client

  • Although access to Internet is adequately handled through a proxy, automatic updates of the deskptop client do not function through a proxy. Updates must be made through the installer.

  • In lists and trees, items sometimes carry the wrong label (e.g., index 0, 1, and 2 have the label of the first element). In this case, close the viewer window and open it again.

Installation

To perform a complete installation on your system, please follow the installation guide. You can also refer to the upgrade guide.
